博士后具体要求:
1、已获得(三年内)或短期内可获得博士学位,研究领域为有机化学或药物化学(药物合成和活性评估)等;
2、优先考虑在不对称催化、金属有机化学、药物化学等领域有较强的研究能力和成果者;
3、勤劳且对科研有强烈兴趣,具有团队协作精神,具有较好的英文读写能力,能独立撰写英文工作汇报、科技论文;
4、以第一作者或并列第一作者在二区及以上刊物上发表过论文多篇,有一区论文者优先考虑。
博士后薪酬待遇
1、税前年收入33万起(根据文章、能力水平确定,包含政府补贴)。此外,参照学校教职工标准发放福利、餐补、体检及工会福利等。
2、每个合同年度内可享受带薪年假10个工作日。
3、可作为负责人申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及省、市各级课题,申报成功有绩效奖励。
4、符合条件的博士后可申请“广东省海外青年博士后引进项目”。即在世界排名前200名的高校获得博士学位,并承诺在站2年以上的博士后,申请成功后省财政给予每名进站博士后资助60万元生活补贴;对获得本项目资助,出站后与广东省用人单位签订工作协议或劳动合同,并承诺连续在粤工作3年以上的博士后,省财政给予每人40万元住房补贴。

殷勤,博士生导师,中科院深圳理工大学药学院副教授/中科院深圳先进技术研究院独立PI。入选百人计划,获得2023年Thieme Chemistry Journals Award和2021年深圳市自然科学一等奖、广东省自然科学“杰出青年基金”、德国“洪堡奖学金”、深圳市“孔雀计划”B类人才等荣誉和奖励。迄今为止发表一作和通讯文章30 余篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、省杰青、单位启动经费等多项经费。
目前研究方向主要聚焦于有机合成化学及其在药物制备以及新药发现中的应用。
在利用不对称催化直接制备手性伯胺领域做出了系统性研究。
